For many skiers, the perfect day doesn’t end with the last chairlift.
It ends with a cold beer, an Aperol Spritz, great music, good friends and the Matterhorn glowing pink as the sun sets.
Après-ski is part of the skiing experience, and although Cervinia isn’t famous for wild parties like St. Anton or Val d’Isère, that’s exactly what makes it special.
Here you’ll find a more relaxed Italian atmosphere, panoramic terraces, excellent food, quality drinks and a few places where the party can continue long after you’ve taken off your ski boots.
As a ski instructor who spends every winter in Cervinia, these are the places I recommend to my guests.
Love Cervinia
If I had to recommend just one mountain restaurant that perfectly combines good food, beautiful views and a fun atmosphere, Love Cervinia would be near the top of my list.
Its panoramic terrace is one of my favourite places to stop during the afternoon. On sunny days the atmosphere is fantastic, with music playing, people relaxing in the sun and the Matterhorn dominating the skyline.
It’s lively without being chaotic and works equally well for lunch, an aperitif or simply enjoying a drink before your final run back to the village.

Super G – The New King of Après-Ski
If you’re looking for the liveliest après-ski atmosphere in Cervinia, Super G has quickly become the place to be.
Located at Plan Torrette, directly on the slopes, it combines DJs, cocktails, live entertainment and one of the most spectacular panoramic terraces in the resort. Every afternoon, skiers gather here to enjoy music, drinks and the incredible sunset beneath the Matterhorn.
The atmosphere is energetic without feeling overwhelming, making it perfect whether you’re celebrating with friends or simply enjoying your last drink before skiing back to the village.

The Sky Club
One of the newest additions to Cervinia’s mountain lifestyle scene, The Sky Club has quickly become a reference point for visitors looking for a more sophisticated après-ski experience.
Located at Plan Maison, it blends elegant design, excellent food, signature cocktails and DJ sets on a spectacular panoramic terrace overlooking the Alps.
If you’re looking for something a little more exclusive than a traditional mountain bar, this is definitely worth visiting.

The Bar at Principe delle Nevi
If your idea of après-ski includes relaxing with a cocktail by a heated outdoor pool, this place is hard to beat.
The Bar at Principe delle Nevi has built a reputation over the years thanks to its outdoor terrace, DJs, barbecue afternoons and elegant atmosphere. It offers a more refined experience while still keeping the fun spirit of après-ski alive.
It’s particularly popular with guests staying in the hotel but welcomes everyone looking for a stylish end to the ski day.

The Glow & Dragon Bar
When the sun begins to dip behind the majestic peak of the Matterhorn, the real magic of Breuil-Cervinia wakes up. After conquering kilometers of pristine Alpine slopes, there is only one question left to answer: where are we heading for après-ski? Ymeletrob
Ask any local where to eat pizza in Cervinia and you’ll almost certainly hear the name Ymeletrob.
Although it’s better known as a restaurant than an après-ski venue, it’s also an excellent place to continue the evening after skiing.

What Makes Après-Ski in Cervinia Different?
Unlike some Alpine resorts where après-ski starts at lunchtime and finishes in the early hours of the morning, Cervinia offers something much more relaxed.
The atmosphere is typically Italian.
People enjoy a good glass of wine.
Cocktails are prepared properly.
Lunch often lasts longer.
Conversations continue while the sun slowly disappears behind the Matterhorn.
For many visitors, that’s exactly why they return every winter.
My Personal Favourite
Guests often ask me:
“Where would you go after skiing?”
Honestly, it depends on the day.
If I’m looking for music and a lively atmosphere, Super G is an easy recommendation.
If I want a long lunch with a view, Love Cervinia is always a fantastic choice.
If the weather is perfect and I have time to relax, enjoying a drink on one of Cervinia’s panoramic terraces while watching the last skiers come down the mountain is difficult to beat.
That’s one of the things I love most about skiing here.

Après-ski isn’t just about drinking.
