Terms of Service
- Lesson prices do not include the ski pass or any form of insurance.
- If some lifts are closed (due to wind, technical issues, or other reasons), lessons will be relocated to the remaining open lifts.
- Lessons will take place in all weather conditions, unless the ski instructor deems it unsafe.
- By booking any lesson, you agree to the terms of service and privacy policy, including the use of your personal data.
- Helmets are mandatory for all participants regardless of the age.
Payment Methods
Ski lessons can be paid by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
Ski lessons are non-refundable, except under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made between 21 and 10 days before the first lesson:
A 50% penalty fee of the total booking amount will apply. - Cancellations made less than 10 days before the first lesson:
A 100% penalty fee will be charged — no refunds are possible. - Cancellations made with sufficient notice (e.g., more than 21 days in advance):
These will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability.
In case of no-show or last-minute cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
